WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
All orders placed by 10am EST ship same day. For domestic shipments (USA), please allow 3-8 business days after shipment for your package to arrive.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
All products use weight-based shipping using this formula for domestic orders -$7.4 + $0.45 per 1 oz over 5 oz => [$7.4 – $∞]
And this formula for Canada – $8 + $0.55 per 1 oz over 5 oz => [$8 – $∞]
WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENTS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You may make arrangements to pick up your order at our Factory Outlet.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
We do not offer tracking at this time. Please call us at (315)265-1776 with any questions about your order.
HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER WENT THROUGH?
Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you created an account, you can log into your account and see the status of your order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation AND do not see your order in your account, your order most likely did not go through due to a credit card processing issue — your name, billing address and zip code that you enter upon checkout must match your credit card statement’s information. Please email us at kelly@Adkfragrancefarm.com and we will look into your order for you.
HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to kelly@Adkfragrancefarm.com there is a chance we can cancel it in time!
If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus shipping and handling fee. Please email us at kelly@Adkfragrancefarm.com if you’re in this situation.
